I was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY and graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Applied Physics in 2004. I met the love of my life, Jennifer, while in college and we were married in 2006. We have 4 amazingly talented and energetic boys- and we love Jesus, we love family, and we love others.

Our family lived in the Washington, DC metro for 12 years while I was working for the United States Patent Office as a Patent Examiner and Quality Assurance Specialist. I reviewed and approved cutting edge technology within the building construction industry, often working directly with clients to best serve their needs. While that was my “day job,” I have always had a love for real estate, construction, and home renovations – often working side jobs for family, friends, and helping with service projects. Our whole family loves to serve and meet new people and in 2025, we felt God call us to start a new chapter in serving our community. I took the most rigorous training I could find to become certified in Home Inspection through ATI and InterNACHI to be able to best serve the needs of home buyers, realtors, and other clients.

We called our business 1427 Inspections after my life verse: John 14:27. We believe peace is one of the most valuable commodities in life – and we hope to extend that peace in your home buying/selling experience.
